Frequently asked questions
- What's the difference between standard and premium listings?
- Standard listings appear in their normal position in search results and category pages. Premium listings are displayed above standard ones, giving them more visibility. Featured boosts go even higher — top of the category, above everything else.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
- What does auto-translation cover?
- All your listing titles and descriptions are automatically translated into French, German, Portuguese, English, and Luxembourgish — so your products are visible to every buyer on the platform, regardless of their language.
- Is there a contract or commitment?
- No long-term contracts. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Enterprise plans may include custom terms.
